The Vikings only have a few weeks to figure out a Plan B following the linebacker's season-ending injury.
Vikings fans have not looked that far ahead; their immediate reaction was disappointment that Adams cannot show what he is capable of.
One commented: "Oh my god bruh can this dude ever catch a break?. He should be the best safety of all time by this point. F— injuries man."
"Vikings can't catch a break. Every season it's always something or someone," another said.
A Vikings fan responded: "He was going to be a slick pick-up for us [shake my head]."
Two more X users wrote: "I've wanted Adams to succeed so badly, but dude is done" and "he's probably gonna retire for real now."
