- Tennessee Titans coaching search: See which candidates have second interviews set
The Tennessee Titans are narrowing their coaching search with the first round of interviews near complete.
Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Nagy , former Cleveland Browns coach Kevin Stefanski and Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley will have second interviews with the Tennessee Titans , a source with direct knowledge has told The Tennessean.

That list could grow. Former Dallas Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy, San Francisco 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh and former Arizona Cardinals coach Jonathan Gannon have not yet interviewed. They are scheduled for first-round interviews by Jan. 18.
The second round of interviews would be in person this upcoming week.
The Titans fired former coach Brian Callahan in October six games into his second season. The Titans finished the year 3-14 under interim coach Mike McCoy, who also interviewed for the Titans' job.
The finish earned the Titans the No. 4 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. The Titans' roster is one of the thinnest in the NFL, but some positive factors for coaches considering the opening include the presence of quarterback Cam Ward and defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons , as well as more than $100 million in projected salary cap space available for free agency in 2026.
