Pittsburgh Steelers general manager Omar Khan has been keeping busy at the NFL Scouting Combine , answering media questions about nearly every roster-related topic fans could imagine, including any potential interest in free agent wide receiver Tyreek Hill .
According to Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio, who also dismissed any potential DK Metcalf trade rumors, he revealed some Hill-related comments from Khan that don't bode well for his potential future in Pittsburgh.
"Look, I have not considered the possibility that the Steelers trade DK Metcalf. Who are you going to replace him with if you trade him? I asked Omar Khan recently about Tyreek Hill and he said, 'We are happy with what we have,'" Florio said via 93.7 The Fan .
While Khan could be keeping his real intentions under wraps, there's plenty of red flags surrounding the idea of acquiring Hill — such as on- and off-the-field antics and the gruesome leg injury he suffered last season.
It would be hard to pass up on Hill if the price tag is low, but as things stand right now, Steelers fans may not want to hold their breath.
