United States men's national team fans have revealed the extraordinary lengths they would go to in exchange for a 2026 FIFA World Cup win.
With the tournament coming to American soil, this is not just another dream. Supporters are already treating the idea of a USMNT title as something worth bargaining for.
Some responses were light-hearted, while others were surprisingly serious. Together, they captured the kind of belief and excitement that only a home World Cup can inspire.

In a FOX Soccer video , supporters were asked what they would give up to see the USMNT lift the trophy in 2026.
The answers ranged from everyday comforts to more dramatic gestures. One fan joked they would happily give up co-workers, while another went much further by saying they would never attend a Knicks game again.
That one stands out even more now, with New York buzzing over the Knicks' run to the NBA Finals. Giving that up shows just how much a World Cup win would mean for American soccer fans.
Others mentioned giving up a smartphone, money, a PS4, or even simple pleasures like ice cream.
Some fans took it even further. A few said they would give up siblings, while others raised the stakes to a house and car.
One fan even said they would accept another year without the Jets making the playoffs, though some New York fans might argue that hardly counts as a new sacrifice. Then came the most extreme answer: a left leg.
Of course, no one is actually being asked to make that trade, but it speaks to how much this tournament means to people, especially with the USMNT still chasing its first World Cup.
Lifting the trophy at home in 2026 would be one of the defining moments in American sports history.
That is why the FOX Soccer video works. It shows fans joking, bargaining and dreaming out loud about a title that would instantly change soccer's place in the country.
