Vanderbilt features returning guard Tyler Tanner , a junior from Brentwood Academy. Tanner made himself eligible for the NBA Draft after the 2025-26 season when he was an All-SEC first team selection, but later withdrew from the draft.
The only other returning players are Chandler Bing, who played in all 36 games as a freshman and averaged 3.6 points and 1.6 rebounds, and 6-foot-11 Jayden Leverett, who played in 26 games and averaged 1.0 points and 1.1 rebounds.
