The Washington Commanders continue to struggle in international games after dropping their Week 4 matchup to the Indianapolis Colts 30-13 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, England.
It was an ugly matchup: Marcus Mariota left in the first quarter with an ankle injury, Jaylin Lane was carted off with a nasty ankle injury, and several other players (including a few Colts players) left the game with various injuries.
Rookie quarterback Athan Kaliakmanis came in and showed the league why the Commanders drafted him this year, connecting with Treylon Burks for a touchdown and throwing some fantastic passes, including another touchdown to Antonio Williams that was called back due to a penalty.
Speaking of penalties, the refs appeared heavily invested in helping the Colts come away with the win, calling the Commanders for 10 penalties for 84 yards while only calling the Colts for one five-yard penalty. It would have been difficult for Mariota or Jayden Daniels to overcome those calls, let alone a rookie making his debut.
All of that said, let's take a look at the lowest- and highest-graded players from the Commanders' loss, as graded by Pro Football Focus .
