BEREA ― The final day of full preparations for the Browns ' road game at the New York Jets is here. It's also a key day to figure out the state of a number of injuries.
The status of defensive tackles Mason Graham, Mike Hall Jr. and Kalia Davis are all front and center, with injury designations expected to come out after the Oct. 9 practice. Graham and Hall have missed the last two practices due to injuries from the Oct. 1 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, while Davis missed the last practice after returning to the practice field Oct. 8 after he was designated to return from the injured reserve list.

The Browns would have to activate Davis from the injured reserve list Oct. 10 for him to play against the Jets. He's been out since the first day of training camp with a quad injury.
The defensive tackle group has been decimated by those injuries. The Browns would have to make moves, likely in the form of gameday elevations from the practice squad, in order to fill those spots against New York.

Mason Graham and Mike Hall Jr. , two of the Browns' top defensive tackles, were ruled out for the Oct. 11 game at the New York Jets. Both missed a week's worth of practices due to injuries they sustained in the Week 4 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Three others, guard Teven Jenkins (back), wide receiver Tylan Wallace (knee) and tight end Carsen Ryan (calf), were also ruled out. Ryan's injury happened during practice Oct. 8, while Jenkins and Wallace have each missed at least one game due to injury.
The Jets have already ruled out running back Beece Hall, wide receiver AD Mitchell, guard Dylan Parham and linebacker Kiki Mauigoa.

The three defensive tackles ― Mason Graham (knee, ankle), Mike Hall Jr. (ankle) and Kalia Davis (quad) ― were all once again not at practice, making it extremely likely none will play against the New York Jets. Davis would need to be activated off the injured reserve list before he's eligible.
Also absent were guard Teven Jenkins (back), wide receiver Tylan Wallace (knee) and tight end Carsen Ryan (calf).
The game designations will be released after practice, around 1:30 p.m.
