Chase remains the centerpiece of the offense and one of football's most dangerous playmakers. His ability to create separation, win contested catches and produce after the catch gives the Bengals a game-changing threat capable of altering a defense's entire approach before the ball is even snapped.

Higgins provides an ideal complement on the opposite side, offering a large target with the physicality and skill to consistently challenge defensive backs. We're splitting hairs between the top two groups, I think. Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins ranked as the top pair in our wide receiver dynamic duo rankings. The only thing keeping the Bengals out of the top spot is how we feel about guys like Andrei Iosivas, Mitchell Tinsley and rookie Colbie Young, who either haven't shown us much or are totally unproven.
The biggest question surrounding the Bengals' ranking is not the strength of their star tandem but the uncertainty behind them .
