- Why £17m Everton offer could now be enough for Brooke Norton-Cuffy agreement

After an impressive season in Italy , the Blues have emerged as an option for the Englishman.
Norton-Cuffy could be on his way out of Genoa soon, with Hill Dickinson Stadium possibly his next destination.
The Scottish manager faces an evident crisis at right-back, with fans tired of seeing Jake O'Brien being played out of position.
Seamus Coleman has left the Merseyside outfit, while Nathan Patterson 's future seems uncertain, presenting The Friedkin Group with a clear transfer priority.
How Everton can force Brooke Norton-Cuffy transfer
Goodison News have covered Everton's interest in Norton-Cuffy , with official negotiations expected to take place soon.

The 22-year-old is currently part of Genoa's pre-season squad and is expected to continue training with them for the foreseeable future.
According to la Repubblica on 16 July, there's increasing pressure from the Premier League to sign the young defender.
Given the financial power in England , the Italian club "may give in" and sell the England youth international for the right offer.
The Rossoblu have set an asking price of £17million for Norton-Cuffy, which an English club is expected to match.

Everton must continue to look for right-backs even if they end up signing Norton-Cuffy.
Last season, it was clearly evident that O'Brien's inclusion in the starting lineup in an unnatural position was doing more harm than good for the Toffees.
The Republic of Ireland international had trouble at times defending tricky, pacy wingers and failed to provide adequate support in the final third.
Moyes should discard O'Brien as one of his options at right-back and bolster the position with multiple signings.
Norton-Cuffy and another new signing should be the first-choice options for the right side of defence if Patterson decides to leave for regular minutes elsewhere.
The Friedkin Group let Moyes down last summer by failing to add adequate depth to the squad and they can't let that happen again.
