- Woody Marks injury update as Texans RB returns vs. Giants
Woody Marks took over the RB1 role for the Houston Texans . An injury temporarily took him out of the game.
David Montgomery is sidelined with a groin injury for Houston, giving the second-year back a chance to shine in the backfield. Running room isn't easy to come by for the Texans, who rank in the bottom-10 of the league when it comes to rushing yards.

That has left most of the burden on the right arm of C.J. Stroud.
Marks appeared to suffer a knee injury after being twisted down by the New York Giants in what was an ugly looking tackle.
Marks was able to walk off the field under his own power and went right into the medical tent.

Woody Marks injury update
Marks returned to the game on the Texans' next drive.
He was evaluated in the tent and was seen on the sideline walking around, avoiding a big injury scare for Houston. Marks received a carry on his second play back and picked up 27-yards, but it was called back because of a penalty.
