ESPN's Jeremy Fowler has just released his Top 10 list for tight ends in the NFL. The list is a shocking one, and he isn't just using 2025 stats to tell the entire story. Let's take a look at the Top 10.

Brock Bowers being ranked No. 1 after a mostly injury-riddled season is interesting. However, Fowler and even The Athletic writer Ted Nguyen think it will be justified by the end of this next season. Here is what Fowler had to say, followed by a quote from an NFL coordinator.
"Bowers' second season was marred by injuries and a porous Raiders offense. For that, he mostly gets a pass in the voting. But his second consecutive No. 1 ranking was more contested this time around, despite a respectable 64 catches for 680 yards and seven touchdowns in 12 games. Last summer, Bowers fended off the field convincingly thanks to his setting an NFL rookie record with 112 catches."

"As far as route running, separation, zone instincts, yards-after-catch ability combination — he's better than the field in those areas," an NFL coordinator said. "A down year won't change that."
Here is what Ted Nguyen said about ESPN's listing of Bowers being ranked No. 1.
"Obviously, Bowers is by far the best receiving TE and for him to retain the top spot, he has to have elite elite receiving production and because of injuries, he didn't. I think he's going to have a bonkers season this year and justify that top spot though."
The Raiders have a very bright future with Bowers, Fernando Mendoza, and Ashton Jeanty running the offense.
