Among the free agents are running back Nick Chubb , wide receiver Elijah Moore , offensive tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. and quarterback Jameis Winston . The free-agency negotiation window opens on March 10 and runs until 3:59 p.m. on March 12. At 4 p.m. March 12, the official league year begins and free-agent contracts can be signed.
