The new NBA City Edition jerseys for the Cleveland Cavaliers will give fans a chance to bring out their inner artist.
The Cavs unveiled their new Nike City Edition uniforms for the 2024-25 season on Thursday, which were inspired by the Cleveland Museum of Art. The uniform is "unique in that it doubles as an interactive art piece," an Instagram post from the team and the museum read.

According to the Cavs Team Shop site , the design honors the cultural ties between the city of Cleveland and the Cavs with "bold colors and unique fonts drawn from the museum's legacy, each piece is a testament to the Cavaliers ' dedication to inspiring both athletes and artists alike."

The light blue jerseys, which draw from the museum's iconic shade of blue, feature "The Land" in a light blue and white font across the chest instead of the usual Cleveland or Cavaliers logo.
"The jersey and shorts' most distinctive feature are their side panels, 'torn-away pieces' that reveal a coloring book pattern underneath featuring iconic Cleveland motifs and symbols and Cavaliers artwork," the joint Instagram post continues.
With that, fans are encouraged to customize their jerseys by coloring in the symbols, the post explains. The "DESIGNED BY" jocktag prompts them to add in their own name as they are the artist of their piece.
The Cavs will wear the City Edition uniforms for the following games:
Nov. 17 vs. Charlotte Hornets at 6 p.m.
Dec. 5 vs. Denver Nuggets at 7 p.m.
Dec. 23 vs. Utah Jazz at 7 p.m.
Jan. 12 vs. Indiana Pacers at 6 p.m.
March 5 vs. Miami Heat at 7 p.m.
March 27 vs. San Antonio Spurs at 7 p.m.
That's also when the floor will be changed to match. The court will feature the same torn-away coloring book pattern that's used on the uniforms.

The Cavaliers, who are are now 13-0 after beating the Sixers in Philadelphia on Wednesday night, become just the sixth NBA team in history to start the season with such a streak.
