That is a wrap from Jake Paul.
Mike Tyson.
Jake Paul defeats Mike Tyson via unanimous decision in a, you know, ho Hum Ho hum, unexciting fight.
That's, that's how I'm gonna put it.
It was not exciting at all.
Uh, there was really no moment of danger for either fighter.
Uh, and in my opinion, Jake Paul pitched to shut out eight rounds to none, but it's nice to see Mike Tyson make out, make it out healthy.
Yes, I think the age showed throughout the entire fight 58 years old against 27 years old.
I think Jake Paul could have probably finished that fight at any point.
Uh, if he had wanted to, uh, and, you know, it's on to the next one.
Yeah, the, the fight itself, as you said, ho hum.
You know, it, it, it, it became clear to me at a certain point that Jake Paul was not fighting Mike Tyson in the same way that he had fought past opponents.
Um, which again, we both admitted was an outcome that we were predicting.
Right.
That was a possibility.
I thought it was either gonna go one of two ways.
I thought Jake Paul was either gonna have Mike Tyson coming at him and knock him out, uh, because he would use his own aggression against him or the second option was gonna be Jake Mike carry Mike Tyson to the end.
And if you ask my humble opinion, that is what happened.
I believe that Jake Paul carried Mike Tyson to the end.
Um, he may say different.
He said he was trying his hardest.
I'm not sure.
I believe that.
I think he was too close to Mike Tyson respects Mike Tyson too much and wanted to see him there at the end.
Unharmed.
I am in complete agreement with you.
I think there were some moments where it looked like Jay Paul was maybe like attempting to finish the fight.
Uh and it, it just seemed like not too hard though.
It wasn't like he would like press it, press it, press it, it just felt like with the threat that Mike Tyson gave to Jake throughout the entire fight.
Uh and just like the speed advantage and the power advantage that Jake Paul seemed to have over Mike Tyson.
He could have finished the fight and I'm with you.
I think it was a respect to a legend, a respect to a 58 year old man that got in the ring with him that had the stomach ulcers back in July and that the fight got canceled, but they still made good on Idol of his, an idol of his, an idol to the entire boxing community.
Jake Jake Paul knows that.
Like he's a villain.
Now, you really become a villain if you completely ice a 50 year old, 58 year old Mike Tyson.
