As his legal battle over prostitution solicitation charges plays out in Florida, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is living his life again in Boston.
The 77-year-old billionaire was on hand for the Boston Bruins ' Game 1 win over the St. Louis Blues on Monday, and the TD Garden scoreboard operator saw fit to show Kraft eagerly waving a yellow towel. The Boston crowd seemed happy to see him.
Kraft has been facing misdemeanor prostitution solicitation charges since being arrested in a sting by police in Jupiter, Florida. Kraft initially faced a rough legal outlook with the possible release of a videotape of him inside the Orchids of Asia Day Spa, but his legal team has since scored a major victory by getting the video thrown out of court by a judge .

Kraft's trial has since been postponed as prosecution appeals the ruling to suppress the spa video, but he seems to be in a good position now , and comfortable enough with his public standing to make an appearance at the Bruins' first Stanley Cup Final berth since 2013.
That didn't stop the opposing team's radio broadcast from having a little fun with the situation, however.
