Seven more women have accused Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker of engaging in sexually inappropriate misconduct, according to the Baltimore Banner . A total of 16 therapists from eight different spas have now made allegations of inappropriate behavior by Tucker. All of the incidents reportedly occurred during sessions from 2012 to 2016.
After receiving a tip on Jan. 9, The Banner began investigating and spoke to six massage therapists who recounted troubling firsthand experiences with Tucker from 2012 to 2016. The women said they had long wanted to tell their stories.
"I've told people about this over the years, and they either act like it's hot goss[ip] or a joke," said one therapist who worked on Tucker in 2016. "But it was really degrading."
A tweet about Tucker from 2021 has also gone viral. @MCsburner on X wrote, "Justin Tucker is canceled but it's not my place to provide the reason. Let's just say he's been told by many massage places to never come back."
Two spas say they banned Tucker . He denies the bans and the behavior that women say has left them emotionally scarred.
Attorneys for Tucker denied the allegations of inappropriate behavior, calling them speculative and "impossible to prove."
With Tucker facing 16 allegations of sexually inappropriate behavior, the Ravens might consider moving on from their longtime kicker. Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk pointed out that if Baltimore decides to part ways, the Ravens might wait until the start of the new league year in March. That's when he can be released in a way that divides the cap charge over two seasons.
Without a post-June 1 designation, releasing Tucker would trigger a cap charge of $7.5175 million for 2025. By waiting to activate the CBA rule that allows a team to sever ties while spreading the dead money over two years, the Ravens would take a $2.8725 million charge in 2025 and a $4.645 million charge in 2026. Cutting him would also wipe out a non-guaranteed $4.2 million salary for 2025.
The NFL stated that they are takin g "any allegation seriously and will look into the matter."
"We are aware of the Baltimore Banner's story regarding Justin Tucker as well as his response. We take any allegations of this nature seriously and will continue to monitor the situation," the Ravens said in a released statement .
Tucker could be found in violation of NFL and team rules, depending on how the investigation unfolds. The league's personal conduct policy prohibits behavior that "undermines or puts at risk the integrity of the NFL."
Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson was suspended by the NFL in 2022 and fined $5 million for violating the NFL's personal-conduct policy after more than 20 women alleged that Watson committed sexual misconduct during massage therapy sessions.
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh implemented a "zero-tolerance policy" toward domestic violence when asked about Watson's suspension following accusations of sexual misconduct.
Tucker, who is one of the best kickers in NFL history, is considered a Ravens legend and icon in the Baltimore sports landscape.
