I mean, the interesting question with this one is just what actually can get better that is currently on the roster?
I mean, Puka- Yeah Nacua is top three.
I mean, he was the most productive receiver on a per route basis, whatever you want.
He's been the most productive receiver on a per route basis since he's, since he's been drafted, and yeah, he's on like a Hall of Fame trajectory in the first three seasons or whatever of his career.
It's way too early to say a guy's gonna be a Hall of Famer, but at the same time, yeah, that's how he-- that is the level he is producing at.
Can like really get better?
I gue- I mean, I guess.
Like he can score more touchdowns.
He could be more involved around the goal line, you know, but that's like fantasy stuff.
In terms of him being a real prod- I mean, no, he probably can't get any better necessarily from being the most productive receiver in the NFL.
Can Davante Adams?
Probably not.
Like in year, you know, 100 of his career, 34-year-old receiver, probably not gonna get better, but can he be healthier over the course of the season?
I, I That's definitely true.
He, he t- he petered out towards the end with the hamstring injury.
That's definitely something that can get better.
You know, are they better against Seattle with the healthy, with the healthier Davante Adams?
You know, potentially.
That's de- that is definitely something I would say could get better.
I would say also the other two guys are like, do you get more out of Blake Corum in the backfield, and do you get more out of Terrence Ferguson in the tight end room?
Th- and then that, that would be it.
Th- that would be it, though.
Everything else is just like, yeah, you hope it runs back what it was last year.
I know, and, and, it's broken record.
It's like O-line health.
Stafford's health is like the negative aspects, but the positive aspects even-- And, and I would say this too, is that last year the Rams had the best run game i- in the, of the new millennium.
They were, it's them and the early 2000s Chiefs and some Eagles teams, you know.
And, but like really the, it's, that could regress to e- extremely good and still be regression because it was just so f- phenomenal last year.
Remember how crappy the Rams were two years ago against Mann?
Davante Adams comes in, really good against Mann.
It worked.
It worked perfect.
It's just that he's mid-30s now, and so it's like, all right, can you do it again?
If he almost for sure will miss time this year, the, I would rather bet that he would.
Who can step up?
Okay, they have tight ends that can step up, okay?
'Cause that, that's what the whole point of having this 13, 12 personnel stuff is, is that that was the ability to pivot and not be reliant on Davante Adams or Puka Nacua so much.
