Bob, obviously Cal's had a number of very good inside linebackers in recent years, and they lost two very productive guys from a year ago, went into the portal, but you've got 3 transfer portal arrivals this year.
Tell me about those three guys and what you expect from them.
Yeah, we do, Jeff, uh, excited about all 3 of them.
So AJ Tuitelli first came first from USC, very athletic player, um, was a freshman last year, so really he's a, uh, uh, freshman again this year for us.
Didn't play much last year, right ?
Uh, he did not.
So big, you know, really big upside.
I decided to get him, uh, Kamar Mauti from the University of Oregon, who had played a little bit at Oregon, but a big, strong, powerful, really smart kid's been in the system.
So we can really rely on Kamar to make a lot of calls.
He's very familiar with it, and then he knows what you guys are gonna be doing, correct?
Yeah.
And then Tristan Jernigan from Texas A&M, who's got about as good a motor, uh , running around and playing as, as any backer I've, I've been with.
So, uh, yeah, we're excited about all the, the whole group and, and those three.
