Ravens Trade for Jacoby Brissett After Lamar Jackson, Tyler Huntley Injuries
The Baltimore Ravens have agreed to trade for Arizona Cardinals quarterback Jacoby Brissett after losing Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley to season-ending injuries in their Week 8 loss, a game in which Baltimore managed a season-low 144 yards of offense. The deal is set to go through this weekend, so undrafted rookie Joe Fagnano starts Thursday night against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Brissett is in line to start in Week 10 against the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday night. Now in his 11th season, he has completed 63.3% of his passes for 1,719 yards and 10 touchdowns this year, and he already knows Ravens quarterbacks coach Israel Wolford, who coached him in Arizona last year.
