Tyler Toffoli on Sharks' Frustration and Buy-In Before Hosting Flames

Sharks forward Tyler Toffoli speaks at morning skate before San Jose hosts the Calgary Flames on Nov. 2, 2026. Asked what coach Ryan Warsofsky meant by a lack of buy-in, Toffoli says it comes down to staying within the system and playing the right way. He adds that the team has done that at times this season, but when it doesn't, games slip away. He admits the room is frustrated, calling it "frustration boiling over a little bit," and says the group needs to take a deep breath, relax and play.
