Zach Wilson 's path to his team's surprising win over the previously undefeated Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday may have been bumpy, but it's also been "tons of fun."
The quarterback told reporters during his postgame press conference that he "can't even talk about" what this season's meant to him.
"I'm having tons of fun, especially when we pull out a big win like that," Wilson said after his team's 20-14 win, the Jets' first in franchise history against the Eagles.
The former BYU quarterback added that he feels like he's "getting into a flow," despite what the stats sheet shows.
"I get that, statistically, and things like that, things weren't great," he said. "But I feel like, as an offense, we're really close."
Wilson went 19 of 33 for just 186 yards during Sunday's game. The Jets are now 3-3.
