At Oven and Tap, every item is delicious, and the service staff are attentive and amiable, looking after your every need and checking on you from time to time. Share appetizers and have the fresh watermelon margarita! Do order the charred eggplant with pickled raisins. Always order the crispy salt & vinegar potatoes; it’s a winner all the way. Pizza is always a great choice as well. This is a great place to unwind with drinks after a long day’s work. There’s open seating aplenty for small or large groups. Order all the appetizers, and you will find out they are all great. Have the pizza, which is wood-fired style. The sheer variety here makes it a prime candidate to give any eatery worth its salt a run for its money. The hot chicken sandwich is great, and so is the flavorful broccolini. Every ingredient is locally sourced.
Ever since it opened in 2011, Tusk & Trotter has had a rare share of dull moments. This marvelous American brasserie has been winning several regional accolades for its seasonal fare and dining atmosphere. Housed in what was once Wal-mart founder Sam Walton's office, Tusk & Trotter has mastered the art of straddling a dining area that welcomes families and a casual lounge area where microbrews can be sampled. This eatery located in Downtown Bentonville serves a range of regionally-inspired dishes under the expertise of Chef/Owner Rob Nelson, such as the Arkansas Catfish Pastrami and The Flintstones (baby-back ribs in house-made BBQ sauce). A smattering of pub fare also features on the menu, with house-infused libations to keep company.
