Many of the drinks we know and love began more as broad guidelines rather than hard-and-fast recipes and saw great degrees of variation. We hope to bring back to the classics the playfulness and exploratory excitement to drinks that have otherwise been set in stone. Patrick's Pub has enough flat screens to see all the games on Sunday and opens at 9:30 for NFL games.
