Alley Restaurant and Bar is a legendary Newport Beach restaurant that has been reveling locals and visitors with its American pub cuisine of classic burgers, sandwiches, Filet Mignon, lamb shank, chicken piccata, garlic green beans, pound cake, sand dabs, New Zealand Rack of Lamb, Chilean Sea bass and more. The decor here is definitely unique, with World War II paraphernalia and antique signs covering the walls among many other interesting artifacts. There are tons of beers from all over the world available, and it is a good thing because the dizzying decor may drive you to drink. There are several rooms, as well as an outdoor patio where one can soak up the Costa Mesa sun. It is a little bit of a dive bar, but the decor makes up for any seediness.
