Longs Peak Pub & Taphouse, The Mountain Sun Pub and Brewery, the Southern Sun Pub and Brewery and the Vine Street Pub are a family of unpretentious neighborhood gathering places. There will never be televisions at our pubs because we want our guests to meet and discuss the world in which we live or simply to play Scrabble. Our house made beers have won medals across the globe, including six gold medals at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, the world's largest beer festival. And over the years, our brew pubs have consistently been voted the best in Boulder and Denver in the local media. Since 1984, Murphy's has always strived to be your favorite neighborhood restaurant. We recently opened Murphy's Tap House in Louisville, CO to expand our restaurant brand, Murphy's, further while still delivering the same great food. At Murphy's Tap House, we have over 40 beers on tap plus an outdoor beer garden. We also still serve the same great Murphy's food!
We serve beer exclusively made in Colorado (most of our taps feature beer brewed within 20 miles of the pub), spirits crafted in Colorado, and whiskey from all over the world. Our menu is what you might call bacon-centric. We hand-cut thick slices of applewood smoked bacon and use it liberally on nearly everything. Wish you had more bacon? No problem, you can add bacon to everything on the menu. Including cocktails! If you aren't a meat-eater don't worry, we've still got you covered. We have several vegetarian and vegan options. Including our vegetarian red-bean chili made from scratch using an old family recipe.
Henry's Bar and Grill has been a staple of downtown Louisville for decades and its staying power is easy to understand; low prices, good, filling food, and friendly atmosphere are great draws to this little grill! Located right in the middle of the downtown area, Henry's is small and unassuming, but worth a visit during your day downtown. The menu is simple bar food but all is prepared with care and made to be delicious. Furthermore, the drink menu is extensive and ranges from local brews to favorite beers, wines, and mixers.
