We are proud to be locally owned and operated. We use locally sourced Aspen Ridge beef, lamb, and keep seven taps rotating local brews from Northern Colorado in addition to 15 other bottled Colorado beers in stock. From our house queso recipe to our elk burgers and beyond to our sopapilla cheesecake for dessert we aim to delight your taste buds with some Colorado color. For entertainment we offer Mingo! Music trivia on Mondays, Singer-songwriter Open Mic on Tuesdays, Jazz Night Wednesdays, and Kareoke Fridays. Please see www.monroeslounge.net for current times and other local bands on Saturday nights.
