Paloma Restaurant

Paloma focuses on fresh, scratch made food inspired by Mexico! We source ingredients with care and shop locally and sustainably as much as possible. Our blue corn tortillas are made in house every day using heirloom, organic corn and a process called nixtamalization. Our bar program is fresh, simple, and agave-based, but we can make most any classic cocktail. But we really love mezcal:) We will welcome you warmly and show you hospitality inspired by our time in Mexico.

The Shed

This 17th Century house is tucked away at the back of a beautiful little patio and surrounded by a number of little shops. At the Shed, you'll enjoy the friendly service, lively atmosphere and satisfying dishes. The specialty of the house is the Blue Corn Enchiladas smothered in red or green chile. If you are timid with the chile, this is a good place to eat. The heat factor is low, but the flavor is great. The Posole, a hearty stew with hominy and pork, is great on a cold day. The Shed has been recognized countless times for its cuisine. You must visit!

Maria's New Mexican Kitchen

Maria's began as a simple take-out place in Maria and Gilbert Lopez's home. Maria's home cooking was so popular that the house was eventually converted into the current restaurant. The menu offers a variety of steaks, Mexican entrees, and local favorites. The Blue Corn Enchiladas and the Chile Rellenos are both outstanding, and also come with Spanish rice and beans. If you cannot decide what to order, try the combination plate; it has a little of everything. The cantina offers beer, wine and cocktails.

Luminaria Restaurant & Patio

Upon entering Luminaria, guests are greeted by traditional decor inspired by the Anasazi tribe, setting the scene for their meal at hand. A number of dishes using game meat are also served here. A long list of wines is available, so that diners can pick out the perfect wine to complement the meal. The patio garden has quaint lawn furniture, umbrellas earth tones, lush, leafy trees and a trellis with flowering climbers. All in all, this restaurant with its classy and intimate vibe is perfect for both dates and business meetings.
