This 100-year-old building was once owned by the wealthy founder of the Schlage Lock Company, and played host to many notable guests including Sir Winston Churchill. The property has been brought back to its former glory with turn-of-the-century decor honoring the Old West. You might choose the Flame Broiled Ahi or the Applewood Smoked Pork Ribs.
