Established in the year 1967 by Louis and Lorraine Erreguible in a restored 1906 hotel, Louis' Basque Corner reflects the knowledge of traditional Basque flavors which the World War veteran and chef had accumulated. The menu consists of exotic dishes like oxtail, sweetbread and tripe. The cozy ambiance in the charming historic backdrop is perfect for family-style dining. The upper floor of the hotel was renovated in 2013 and is now a trendy bar area which is open to the public three days a week and is otherwise used to host private functions and banquets. By 7:15am, you can chow down on your choice of Eggs Benedict, a Veggie Omelet or a Breakfast Burrito. Lunch features Charbroiled Burgers and an assortment of salads. Dinner takes you into Tex-Mex territory with chicken or beef fajitas or pork ribs. Patio dining is available during the summer.
