Since I was a little boy, I always loved pizza. Growing up in Brooklyn, having some of the best pizzas at places like Patsies, Totonno's and all of the other great family pizza places, my love and passion for pizza began. My goal was to make nothing but the best pizza I could. With that goal in mind, and in our first year of business, I created the Vodka Pizza, a gourmet pizza unlike any other that won me the prestigious honor of being voted "America's Best Pizza!" at The Jacob Javits Center, New York City International Hotel and Restaurant show. Throughout the years we have continued creating our own gourmet pizzas. Today, our tradition of quality still holds true. We use only the best ingredients to make our artisan pizza, like fresh mozzarella, imported San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and gourmet sauces cooked from scratch. We cook our pizzas with the old world tradition, in a real wood fired brick oven at 800 degrees that produces a flavor unlike any other. We also offer great Italian food, a nice wine list with homemade sangria and a full bar menu as well. Millie's serves delicious, coal- and Neapolitan wood-fired artisan pizzas and meatballs based on Vince and Brandon's grandmother Millie's recipes. The coal oven burns over 650+ degrees and can produce pies in five minutes. The Neapolitan wood oven, hand built by Italy's celebrated Ferrara family, and imported from Naples, cooks pizzas in just 90 seconds thanks to intense 800+ degree heat. Millie's also offers their famous meatballs, via a "Box of Balls" flash frozen to be shipped nationwide or a fresh-made "Pot of Balls" for pick-up or delivery locally and ready to heat and serve anytime. Millie's makes their own fresh mozzarella, upwards of 700 lbs. per week, at each location.
