Republic Gastropub is a wonderful restaurant and pub that has an upscale, yet casual atmosphere. The food is very basic, burgers and fries. The specialty (if you can call it that) is a greasy onion burger. But people do not typically come here for the food. There is live music every Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday nights, and sometimes on Saturday, too. The music is rockabilly and progressive bluegrass. Aside from enjoying the music, you can also enjoy pool tables, dartboards and five television sets where you can watch the game.
