22 years ago the Oyster Bar Columbia begin its business in the Vista area of Columbia. It was a new and unique concept, but it was an old Timey Style. Casual friendly easy to be here at the back bar where the shuckers shuck your fresh oysters and serve you shrimp or scallops or crab legs, or Beaufort baskets. Foxfield Bar and Grille located at 406 Howard Street, near Capital Karate and right behind Rosewood Radiator Services. Foxfield is local, green, and we try to use as much local fruit and vegetables, if not from our own garden than from the SC State Farmer's Market. Our drink menu is even keeping with this trend. We carry an organic red and white wine, organic beer, organic sake, and VeeV Acai Spirit, which is the greenest liquor currently on the market. Our motto is to be conscious of what we consume and to consider the benefits for our community. We strive to have a menu that includes health conscious dishes as well as healthy cocktail alternatives. We use agave nectar, honey, fresh lime and lemon juice, etc when possible. We have creatively thought out our cocktails and drinks to be "green and natural." Simply put a better way to drink. We even have drinks on our menu that have 120 calories or less. And where else in Columbia can you find a healthy cocktail alternative?
