Dining at Bridgeman's Chophouse is equivalent to being on the sets of a Gatsby movie. Named in the honor of Peter Bridgeman, who served the locals and visitors for 47 years at The Read House. The entire restaurant follows a black and gold color scheme, creating a premium atmosphere. Every little element in this steakhouse is dipped in either gold or black, right from knives and spoons to curtains. Golden-framed mirrors on each side of the black beam complement the fine gold detailing on the ceiling. The seating features black leather booths and glossy chairs with gold finished lamp on each table. An extensive steak collection and fresh seafood, add on to the list of exclusivity of the restaurant. Dao Le and Kenyatta Ashford, the chef duo focuses on presenting the diner with a fine dining experience with their culinary talents. The bar houses a fine collection of whiskey, scotch and crafted cocktails.
