Basilico specializes in authentic (or as close as possible) Italian food, primarily drawing from Central and Northern Italian cuisines. Our pasta is made by hand, including our rotating selection of seasonal ravioli. Our sauces are all made from scratch, and some, like our traditional Ragu' Bolognese, simmer for 4-6 hours to get that special concentration of flavor. We also take great care to serve our guests with special dietary restrictions. We have a full Gluten-free menu, including gluten-free hand-made gnocchi, ravioli and egg pastas.

The Olympia Oyster House is situated in the same building where The Olympia Oyster Company culled the native Olympia Oysters in 1859. This historic location is now under new management and we look forward to bringing you the past that you loved and creating new memories for you! Join us as we bring back the Olympia Oyster House to our community.

The first Brewery City Pizza restaurant was founded in Tumwater in 1982 just south of the old Olympia Brewing Company. Now, with restaurants in West Olympia and Lacey we have three convenient locations to serve you. Brewery City Pizza is easy to find, but if you can't come to our restaurants we'll come to you. That's because Brewery City Pizza has one of the largest pizza delivery areas in the South Sound.
Cascadia Grill celebrates the independent spirit, food, wine, and craft beer of the Pacific Northwest. - from our amazing Mussels and Clams to our Wild Caught Coho Salmon - to our incredible Garlic Steak and Bacon Wrapped Sirloin Kabobs - and ending with Juju's fabulous desserts (try her Brown Sugar Cream Pie!).
