Julian Ramos, owner of Agave Cocina & Cantina in Redmond WA restaurateur from Guadalajara, Mexico brought the beautiful décor of this restaurant from his home town. Agave Restaurants serve contemporary hand-crafted Mexican food, using fresh, natural ingredients, free of preservatives, trans fats and lard. Sustainable, free-range, hormone-free chicken, pork and beef are menus staples; we also use organic vegetables, eggs, rice and beans. The Kent Station location has a Woodstone wood fired oven producing signature wood fired items.
