Located inside Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, Goldfinch Tavern is a wonderful restaurant taking pride in their creative menu. All of the dishes served here celebrate Northwest America. Cooked to perfection with the use of only fresh, local ingredients, food brings about a dialogue in the restaurant's vibrant interior. The place is drenched in three colors- blue, tangerine and charcoal black, these denote the closeness and association of the sea with the hotel. Fish and seafood preparations form an integral part of the tavern's menu and dishes like the smoked salmon, marinated octopus and Penn Cove Mussels come most recommended. A special section dedicated to grilled beef also features on the menu. The American Goldfinch and Black Manhattan are their most sought after cocktails.

The menu is built for sharing, with small plates and bites alongside handcrafted cocktails, local wine and beer. The comfortable and casual air of The Walrus and the Carpenter is guaranteed to woo diners who visit here for some tasty seafood treats. Inspired by a poem by the same name, written by Lewis Carrol, the restaurant is most regarded for oysters which are the chief preparations here. Other seafood like scallops, octopus and fish are freshly acquired from the sea and presented with fine flavor and spices that weave magic on the taste buds.
