Our philosophy has grown out of improvisation theatre and social anthropology to create our proven system that improves teamwork, communication and creative problem-solving. Our system improves both leadership and decision making as well as the capacity to listen and following direction. We will help your team discover advanced communication techniques that they can make their own. Teams will learn efficient and creative problem-solving methods that work for both groups and individuals. Our workshops will exercise your team's ability to focus and expand thinking outside of the box. This transformative approach will increase morale to create a flourishing, positive work environment. Whether you are planning for growth or change within an organization, or want to create a corporate culture to retain employees, Improv for Businesses will help your team push past their limits, set aside old ideas, and excel.
