Pacific Art League is a place where you will not only see art but learn to draw, capture and paint. The gallery showcases works by contemporary artists that focus on different themes. Visit the gallery to find paintings that speak of conflicting emotions, illustrate scenic landscaping and capture realistic images. The gallery also conducts summer camps for kids, where they let them explore their creative minds. You can also enroll for their painting workshops, digital photography classes or sculpture making.
Created in 1973, the Palo Alto Art Center is located in the Community Center area of the old city. Throughout the year, the center arranges for various visual art programs for kids as well as adults. There are exhibitions, benefits for various non-profit organizations, workshops and classes open to all. Most of these events are without any admission fees, but donations are welcome. The on site Gallery Shop stocks hard-to-find home decor pieces, gifting items, jewelry and such created by local artists. Check the website for their schedule for the month, they're bound to have interesting happenings!

Art Studio/Gallery Established In 2015. Lucy's training in Studio Arts began in earnest at San Jose City College and West Valley Community College. She has been a working artist ever since. She has shown her work in dozens of shows across the San Francisco Bay Area including solo exhibitions. Her artwork crosses many mediums, from ceramics to mixed media with the incorporation of found objects. Her materials are often unconventional, from powdered pigments to acrylics, from fabric to spackle. Her artwork can be found in collections up and down the Pacific Coast and throughout the country.
