Christmas Visits with the Jolly Old Elf, Santa Claus. Every Christmas Season the Downtown Development Authority of Fort Collins invites Santa Claus to visit with Children young and old in Old Town Fort Collins. We are honored that the Downtown Development Authority of Fort Collins provides Santa with a warm and cozy visitor’s center for all to visit. Just look for “Santa’s Workshop” located right next to the ice skating rink. There is absolutely no charge to visit with Santa. Merry Christmas to All! Season begins Black Friday through Christmas Eve.
