Bellydance classes in Mesa, Queen Creek and the East of Phoenix areas of Arizona. Belly dance is a great way to make friends, get fit and feel fabulous. Its a mix of modern and traditional dance from the MENAHT regions (Middle East, North Africa, Hellenic, Turkish and beyond), adapted for local audiences. Your teacher, Sara Shrapnell, is a belly dance teacher, performer, writer and mentor. As the "teacher's teacher", she trains others, world wide, to teach bellydance lessons.
