Belly dancing is an ancient art designed for women of all ages and sizes! With my unique class, we dance to all types of music, from traditional belly dance jams to Motown! We focus on drilling basic movements, as well as core and conditioning work, for a full body work-out that leaves feeling sensual! Mondays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10am are the Beginning Belly dance classes where all ages and skill levels are welcomed!
