Tango is for everyone! Dance Argentine tango with us in a historic building designed by Julia Morgan. Our next beginner series starts Wednesday, September 30th, 2026 with tango teachers Diego Lanau and Alejandra Saravia. This is a series of four Wednesday-evening classes: Sept. 30th, Oct. 7th, 14th, and 21st. The beginner class is 7:00-8:00 pm, with a practica 8:00-8:30 pm. The intermediate class is at 8:30 on the same dates. These dance classes are taught using the the terms “leaders” and “followers” and are inclusive to queer, trans, and non-binary people. No partner necessary; the teachers encourage people to switch partners during the class. The series ticket for four classes (beginner or intermediate) is $80. We encourage people to sign up for all four classes, but you may also drop in to a single class for $25, or $15 for students with ID. We accept cash and venmo at the door. There is a full bar across the hall at Morgan's Bar and Lounge. All ages are welcome in the dance classes. No experience necessary for the beginner class. The Berkeley City Club is open 24 hours; tango classes are on Wednesday evenings only.

I have 20 years experience in the healing arts of Massage and Yoga Therapy. My gentle yet masterful approach leaves you feeling deeply listened to, rejuvenated and integrated. Massage sessions are a blend of Deep Tissue, Traeger, Shiatsu, Swedish and Reiki (hands on energy work). Yoga therapy sessions are a blend of asana, restorative movement and stillness, bodywork, thai stretches, and sound healing. My clients report a profound shift in their ability to relax and respond to life. An increased awareness of how to take better care of themselves and an upgrade in their physical well-being.
