Offering classes starting at Toddler/Kinder age children (12 months & up) to adult. Hi, I’m Gabriela. Movement has been part of my life for over a decade. I started as a dance fitness instructor, guiding and moving with hundreds of people every week. Life shifted after a knee injury, and my path expanded into other worlds : events, nightlife, brand marketing. But something in me always knew I would come back to the body. In 2020 I experienced a deep spiritual awakening that opened the door to yoga, sound healing, nutrition awareness and energy work.
