Dance and flow is at the heart of everything we do at Oceanflow Aerial Studio. Our skilled instructors teach students how to move in a way that feels authentic to their own body, rather than simply teaching a set of tricks and skills. We focus on the art of the flow, and our students develop the skills and techniques required to move seamlessly from one movement to the next. With a range of classes and expert guidance, we help our students build strength and confidence both on and off the mats.
