Learn to belly dance in a warm, encouraging environment! Located in the western suburbs of Chicago, Mantra Belly Dance is a FatChanceBellyDance® Sister Studio. We specialize in American Tribal Style® belly dance. We welcome women of all ages, shapes and sizes regardless of previous dance experience. ATS® classes do not teach choreographed routines. Instead, students gradually learn steps and cues within the ATS® vocabulary. The dancers then use that vocabulary to create a unique dance each class. The dance inspires women to connect to themselves and to other women, promoting positive self-image and a sense of community.
