Bouncing Fitness

Bouncing Fitness offers 40 fun fitness classes per week with a very unique twist that you won't find anywhere else in Michigan. We not only offer mini trampoline classes that incorporate strength and flexibility, we also incorporate the TRX suspension trainer along with the mini trampolines. Bouncing Fitness is the only studio in Michigan to offer mini trampoline (bellicon) classes. Bouncing is a very unique way to get in tip top shape. While bouncing, you will use all 636 muscles in your body, strengthen your core, improve and challenge your balance, boost your immune system and also improve your coordination. People who work out at our facility are always smiling as they are bouncing. There is just something about bouncing that makes you feel carefree and like a kid again.
