Our signature 6‑Week Pole Program for Absolute Beginners walks you from “I’ve never touched a pole” to feeling strong, confident, and proud of what your body can do. In this program, you’ll learn pole foundations step by step, building skills each week and finishing with a full beginner‑friendly pole dance routine. We also offer a variety of pole classes including L2 and L3, spin pole, pole choreo, as well as off‑the‑pole dance classes like chair dance, floorwork, and heels. We offer private lessons and unforgettable pole parties for birthdays, bachelorettes, girls’ nights, and team celebrations.
