We are a family oriented program focused on defying all performing arts stereotypes, creating a loving environment that encourages creativity, discipline, and lasting friendships. The bedrock of our culture is centered on promoting an inclusive, encouraging, and supportive environment amongst all students. CAAST Learning Centers - Sierra Tahoe has 2 studios with professional grade raised and sprung dance floors. We provide pre-professional, conservatory level training in classical ballet, classical voice and musical theater. We offer a comprehensive triple threat training program to develop young talents in dance, singing and acting for students ages 4-17. CAAST offers a variety of multi-disciplinary performing arts classes to help build a fully triple threat performer. Classes are available in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, acro, and more.
Starr Nixdorf, ATRIC - brings her special blend of personal training & rehab with a twisted sense of humor to her classes. She created a fitness app for water workouts. Look on YouTube for Ability Fix for FREE instruction videos. Bellydance is all fun. However because of “real life” most of these classes are people who have injuries or on kind or another. That’s my specialty, creating movements that fit each person’s Ability Level.
