MOVE. SING. DRUM. DANCE! Welcome to Cumbe, the new home for dance and drumming. Our classes are fun and energetic (a great way to beat the workout blahs) and we welcome all levels. Classes for adults range from traditional (W. African, Afro-Caribbean, etc.) to contemporary (Modern, Dancehall/Reggae and Hip Hop.). We also offer dance fitness classes and percussion workshops with world-class musicians. Children also love the high-energy world of dance with African roots. Classes for ages 1-5 introduce young ones to creative movement and rhythm through a combination of games, song, story-telling, drumming, and tumbling. We also host camps and birthday parties for all ages (contact us to plan a party you won't forget) and provide master artists for performances and teaching engagements.
