The Little Gym of Polaris is the worlds premiere enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. Our trained instructors nurture happy, confident kids through a range of non-competitive programs including parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, sports prep, and pre-school prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bashes. Each week, progressively structured classes and a positive learning environment create opportunities for your child to try new things and build self-confidence, all with a grin that stretches from ear to ear.
We specialize in creating a dance experience that grows with you: Creative Movement & Tiny Stars – Imaginative, joy-filled classes that introduce our youngest dancers (ages 3–6) to rhythm, coordination, and fun. Youth & Teen Programs – Ballet, hip hop, lyrical, and more for ages 7–17. These classes build confidence, technique, and teamwork while celebrating individuality. Adult Dance & Fitness – Expressive, energizing classes designed for adults who want to move, unwind, or rediscover their love for dance—no experience required.
